we shall have no claim against LIXIL or against anyone accessing the communications materials, whether online, in print or by any other means.
We acknowledge and agree that we are the direct owners of the project/s and/or have consulted with the owner of the project/s and have the permission to permit project referencing and/or release these images.
We consent to the usage of submitted images in the media mentioned below:
Print publications such as, but not limited to, catalogues, brochures, posters, advertisements, exhibition panels, communication tools etc
Digital such as, but not limited to, the Internet, webpages, interactive media or in any other digital format
We consent to the simple editing (e.g. enhancing colors, adding complementary elements such as plants/greens etc, removing elements that will distract attention from the main image such as dangling wires etc) of submitted images
