FUNCTIONS
Why are dual nozzles better than a single nozzle?
An extensive research was conducted to find out what females thought about dual nozzles. 85% of respondents prefer dual cleansing nozzles as it provides dedicated cleansing for posterior and feminine areas. Dual nozzles provide dedicated front and rear cleansing for a more thorough posterior and feminine wash.
Dual nozzles also minimize any risk of cross contamination as they are self-cleaning and made from anti-bacterial materials.
What is the purpose of detachable nozzles?
Why the need for a nozzle shutter?
A trigger spray can perform the same basic cleansing function as a Spalet. Why is a Spalet better than a Trigger Spray?
A trigger spray does not offer much control and creates wet mess both on the toilet seat and the floor. Wet and slippery floors may pose slipping dangers, especially with little children, pregnant mothers or the elderly in the house. With the Spalet, your toilet seat and floor (and your hands!) remain dry, giving you additional peace of mind.
Besides, trigger sprays are usually positioned right beside the toilet. This means that a user will need to twist his body around to reach out for the trigger spray prior and after use. With the Spalet, such inconveniences are eliminated. Manual levers (for manual bidets) and remote controls (for electronic bidets) are located on the side of the toilet seat, where the user can easily reach for and even adjust spray strength intensity, water and seat temperature etc.

TECHNOLOGY
What is PlasmaCluster and what does it do?
PlasmaCluster is an air disinfecting technology which effectively removes bacteria from the environment. PlasmaCluster technology works just like your room air-purifier. It generates positive (+) & negative (-) ions, and releases them into the air. When ions come into contact with mold, bacteria or virus, they transform into OH radicals, instantly drawing hydrogen (H) from the proteins on the bacteria surface and breaking down the proteins. OH then combines with Hydrogen to form water (H2O) ions and this returns to the air.
*Note: PlasmaCluster may not be applicable to some regions and models.
